Easy Slow Cooker Italian Pork Loin

Easy Slow Cooker Italian Pork Loin is a simple fast recipe to put together.  All you will need is a pork loin, salt, pepper, dried dill, bag of mini potatoes, a yellow onion and Italian Salad dressing. Seriously, that’s it!  The Italian Dressing gives an amazing flavor to meat. It also tenderizes  the meat so that it’s moist and tender.

I used an oval 6.5 quart slow cooker.  I had grabbed a bag of mini potatoes at the store.  Mini Potatoes are often yellow, red and purple.  I love using them in slow cooker dishes because they add so much color.  If you don’t have any on hand, use some red potatoes cut in half or russet cut in thirds. You will want to drench the entire meal in Italian dressing so make sure you have plenty on hand!

A Pork Loin Tenderloin is a pork cut that is typically sold by several well known meat producers.  Some come with seasoning already infused and basting in the seasoning, other’s come without the seasoning.  Pick one without the seasoning. It will look like one large cut, but it’s typically two long narrow cuts of meat.  I just place them next to each other in the slow cooker.
