Homemade Spinach Quiche

When I was younger, I never understood what was a quiche. Now that I am older, I realize that it is basically a crust, eggs, milk and the main ingredients. It is baked until the the middle has set. You then slice the quiche and enjoy it. I love eating quiche for breakfast, but have been known to eat it at any point during the day. It also is just as good heated up!  The great thing about using spinach is it doesn’t overpower the quiche yet your “sneaking” in a healthy vegetable for your family to eat.  WIN!

This is a basic homemade spinach quiche. Easy to make and each bite is full of flavor. I like to make my own homemade crusts but if you prefer, you can use a refrigerated or frozen pie crust instead.  You will need a 9 inch pie pan, cookie sheet, mixing bowl and a whisk.  So whether you’re making this for breakfast or brunch or having a “breakfast as dinner” meal, enjoy this yummy yet healthy dish.
