Tastes like the ones made in a restaurant, but baked at home in the oven. This hot spinach dip recipe is perfect for cocktails with friends, or for game night with the family.

Gather the Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 oz frozen or canned spinach remove excess liquid
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Prepare the Ingredients
- Mix all the ingredients reserving 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
- Spread the mixture in the bottom of a oven safe baking dish. A 9×9 pan or a round baking dish will do.
- Top with the reserved mozzarella cheese and bake!
Substitutions and Additions
- Prefer to use fresh spinach. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to a saute pan and add in your fresh spinach. Cook over low heat until the spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.
- Add in 1 cup chopped cooked artichoke.
- sprinkle with Paprika or your favorite spice to add more flavor to the dip.
- Add in 2 medium chopped jalapenos to give heat to the dip

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Stir well.
- Spread the dip mixutre into a prepared baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with sliced bread, crackers, chips or vegetables.
