Little preparation work on this recipe. Slicing the sausage and peeling and cutting the potatoes. You can use canned or frozen potatoes to make it easier and even frozen beans. Add the ingredients and let the slow cooker cook your meal for you!
You’ll want to use at least a 4 quart sized slow cooker, but larger is fine. This is one of my low and slow recipes, where I always do on low so I don’t have to worry about it burning on the sides.
