Slow Cooker Potatoes Sausage n Green Beans

Little preparation work on this recipe. Slicing the sausage and peeling and cutting the potatoes. You can use canned or frozen potatoes to make it easier and even frozen beans. Add the ingredients and let the slow cooker cook your meal for you!

You’ll want to use at least a 4 quart sized slow cooker, but larger is fine.  This is one of my low and slow recipes, where I always do on low so I don’t have to worry about it burning on the sides.

Instructions
  1. Wash, peel and chop potatoes.
  2. Wash and remove the stems and strings from the fresh green beans. Cut into pieces if desired.
  3. Cut the kielbasa sausage into bite sized pieces.
  4. Add potatoes, green beans and sausage into a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
  5. Add chicken broth and seasoned salt to slow cooker and stir to combine.
  6. Cover and Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
