Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Stuffing
It took some time for me to get my kids to eat pork chops. It wasn’t like I didn’t cook pork chops on a regular basis, but they preferred not to eat them. But, I did not give up as I like a good moist, fork tender pork chops with mashed potatoes and gravy.
This was one of the first recipes they would eat. I am not sure if it was the stuffing, that they love, or if it was just finally the right time for them to like the pork chops.
4 ingredients in this easy recipe. The stuffing comes out moist and tender as does the chops. You can not beat this recipe.
- I prefer to use Stove Top Stuffing. I love the taste and the ease of making it. During the holidays, this brand usually goes on sale and you can match the sale price with a coupon.
- Purchasing a whole pork loin, on sale of course, and ask the butcher to slice half the loin for boneless pork chops and keep the other half whole for another meal.
