Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs are tasty and delicious.
Frozen meatballs are one of my kids favorite things to eat, but the bags are always so small and so expensive! I always look for sales around the holidays for good deals on our favorite frozen meatballs. They keep in the freezer for up to 2 months and are very easy to use in multiple different recipes.
This recipe is one that I got from a fellow co-worker. She brought these to our Christmas potluck on the last day of school before Winter break. Everyone loved them and they were gone pretty quick. I asked her about her recipe and she laughed and said “I just tossed this together as it is the easiest thing I can make”. She gave me her recipe and she was right. Add the ingredients and let the slow cooker do the rest.
This is great over egg noodles or white rice for a main dish. You can also serve these as an appetizer straight out of the slow cooker. After cooking the meatballs, turn the slow cooker to warm and serve with toothpicks.
