Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is one of my favorite dips to make. To me, it tastes like a buffalo chicken wing in a bowl!
We do a lot of home canning of different meats in my house. I wait for good sales on chicken or turkey and can in pint size jars. We use so much on the shredded chicken that this is just easier for me. The pint size jar is about 1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken (less the broth). Using extra chicken in this recipe will just make it better.
You can also used canned chicken that you buy in the store or even a rotisserie chicken. If you are using canned chicken, just drain any excess liquids and chop the chicken into bite size pieces. Rotisserie chicken, just remove the meat from the bones and again cut into bite size pieces.
Prefer to cook this in the oven? Layer the ingredients in an oven safe dish. Cream cheese, cooked chicken, hot sauce, and ranch dressing. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly.
