Slow Cooker Party Kielbasa
I remember attending a family function in my 20’s and a family member brought a slow cooker full of these meatballs in a sauce. They were very good and I ended up eating a good portion of the meatballs! I asked for the recipe before I left and was told “grape jelly and BBQ sauce”. That was it. Nothing more to the recipe that those two ingredients and a bag of frozen meatballs.
This is that recipe with the same great taste except I used sliced Kielbasa (Polish sausage). My kids love Kielbasa and the oldest really loves the Party Meatballs. I made these for her and her friends one weekend night. It was a hit.
Frugal Tips:
- Kielbasa is best using the name brands. The cheaper brands, to me, are not as good. Spend a little extra money for a better taste.
