Slow Cooker Pork Chop Stroganoff
My good friend makes a great Beef Stroganoff. I have watched her make it and love to sit down for dinner with her family and enjoy it. She always makes it over white rice (her specialty) but it does taste good with egg noodles too.
I found this recipe using pork chops instead of beef and had to try it! Who isn’t a fan of creamy gravy full of mushrooms!
I used fresh white button mushrooms for this recipe, cleaned and sliced. You can substitute canned mushrooms if you prefer just drain off the juice before adding the canned mushrooms to the slow cooker.
Gravy was creamy and delicious and full of flavor. The pork chops came out moist and delicious and when topped with the sauce, was out of this world. Serve with white or brown rice, mashed potatoes or the cooked egg noodles.
