Slow Cooker White Pizza Dip
Kids, kids and more kids. I always joke that I always collect more kids at my house. My kids always have friends over and hanging out. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining. My kids will grow up quickly and I like knowing what they are doing.
My kids and their friends always ask what I am making this time. I try and have something kid friendly cooking for the kids or in the fridge so they can heat it in the microwave. Something homemade is usually a tupperware container for them to snack on and I try and have a fun dip for the kids.
Today, I went with a Slow Cooker White Pizza Dip. 5 ingredients in this dip and it is an easy dump and cook in the slow cooker. The sausage does need to be cooked and crumbled prior to adding to the slow cooker. I used a mild sausage for this recipe, but you could use a hotter sausage if you want more spice to your dip.
I used tortilla chips (yes my go to chip) but this dip was great with corn chips. It is a thicker dip and full of flavor!
Any leftovers I stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days. The dip heated up nicely for leftovers.
