Strawberry Pie Bubble Up

Two ingredients in this easy and quick dessert. Refrigerated biscuits and a can of strawberry pie filling is all this needs.

I set out the biscuits on a cutting board and used a knife to cut them in half. I then sliced them 4 more times for 8 total pieces. Add the biscuits to a mixing bowl and pour the pie filling over the top. Toss the two so each piece of the biscuits are covered in pie filling.

Add everything to a 9 x 13 well greased baking pan and place in the oven. Mix the milk and the powdered sugar right before the bubble up is done. Drizzle this over the top of the dessert before serving. The end result is sweet tasty strawberry pie filling with flaky pieces of biscuits. I topped this with whipped cream but vanilla ice cream or powdered sugar would be just as tasty.
