Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. I find the glass loaf pans are better at not allowing the sides to burn at all vs the metal loaf pans. You will need 2.
You will need a large mixing bowl. Put all ingredients in it except the topping ingredients. With your hands mix the meat, liquid and spices well until everything in uniform and mixed.
Scoop into the loaf pans, and pat down flat.
In a small bowl mix the ketchup, brown sugar and red wine vinegar. Evenly spread on top of the loaves.
Bake uncovered for 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Depending on your oven, you may want to turn these around half way through to make sure they bake evenly. `
Pull out of oven. With the turkey you want to make sure it as reached 165 degrees with a meat thermometer. Then allow to sit for at least 10 minutes so it will rest and hold it's shape better.
