Slow Cooker Apple Pudding Cake

Cake Batter
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 Cup Milk
Apples
- 4 Medium Gala Apples cored, peeled and diced
Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup orange juice
- 1/2 Cup light brown sugar packed
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Grease the inside of a 5 qt or 6 qt slow cooker.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt for the batter. Cut in the butter until crumbs form. Stir in the milk to form the batter.
Pour the batter in the bottom of the greased slow cooker.
Add the diced apples on top of the batter.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce. Pour the sauce over the top of the apples.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or until the apples are tender.
Serve in bowls warm.
