Slow Cooker Banana Bread Oatmeal
Tasty banana bread flavor in an easy to make breakfast oatmeal. Bananas, nuts, cinnamon and vanilla make this a breakfast the family will love.

- 2 Cups Steel Cut Oatmeal
- 4 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Medium Bananas rippe and mashed
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
Add the ingredients to aa 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker and stir.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.
Remove the crock from the heating element and serve.
Top with slices of fresh bananas and more chopped nuts.
