Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Sunday dinner in a slow cooker. Pot roast that is fall off the fork tender and delicious. Something anyone can make.

- 3 pound beef chuck roast
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 3 cups Low Sodium Beef Broth
In a bowl, mix all the spices together. Sprinkle and rub these spices into the pot roast.
Place the pot roast in the bottom of a 5 qt or 6 qt slow cooker.
Add the carrots around the pot roast.
Pour in the beef broth and then the Worcestershire sauce in and around the pot roast and carrots.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes for a meal.
