Oven Roasted Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups broccoli florets 1.5 pounds or 24oz package
  • 1 cup Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, salt, paprika and black pepper. Set aside.
  • Cut he broccoli into bit size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil and toss well to coat the broccoli.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning over the broccoli and then toss again to coat each piece.
  • Spread seasoned broccoli evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast the broccoli for 15-17 minutes, or until the broccoli is nicely roasted.
  • The last 4 minutes, sprinkle the Shredded Parmesan Cheese over the broccoli.
  • Remove from oven, and serve.
