Brown the Hamburger, drain the grease.
In the Slow Cooker combine the Hamburger, Spices, Onion, Celery, 2 cans of Cream of chicken soup, and Chicken Broth. Cook on low for about 6 hours.
At hour 5 take off the lid and add the frozen veggies and re-cover. Right before serving Boil the egg noodles on the stove top, al dente'.
Remove the bay leaf and add the noodles. Taste the broth to see if you need to add more salt. It is now ready to serve.
