Slow cooker oatmeal cooked overnight and ready in the morning. Full of protein and goodness and topped with fresh fruit and a little ground cinnamon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Steel Cut Oatmeal
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Medium Bananas ripe
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker and stir well.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.
  • Remove the crock from the heating element and serve.
