Garden Fresh Salsa

Homemade Garden Fresh Salsa ready in 30 minutes. Full of flavor. Serve with tortilla chips for friends and family.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Fresh Roma Tomatoes ends cut off and the seeds and juice "squeezed" out
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion diced
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 Cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 Lime juice only
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno Pepper diced

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and dry the tomatoes. Slice the ends off and cut them in half. Squeeze the tomato in your hands to remove the juice and seeds.
  • Put the tomatoes in a food processor. Pulse 4-6 times until the tomatoes are thick and chunky.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and pulse 3-5 times.
  • Eat immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an air tight container.
