Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate Cake
Moist chocolate cake oozing with thick chocolate sauce cooked in the slow cooker in 2 hours. Serve in scoopfuls in bowls with a side of ice cream as a family dessert.

- 1 box chocolate cake mix fixed according to the package
- 3/4 Cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup Baking Cocoa
- 1 1/2 Cups hot water
Spray the inside of a 5 qt slow cooker with cooking spray.
In a medium box, fix the cake mix according to the box. Pour the mixed batter into the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, baking cocoa and hot water until the liquid and powder combine. Pour this liquid over the cake batter in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Spoon out the cake into bowls and serve with ice cream.
