Pineapple Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Cup Crushed Pineapple drained
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Light or Dark Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter, sugars, eggs, sour cream, milk and vanilla.
  • Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg and salt.
  • Next mix in the mashed bananas and pineapple.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until the sides are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool on a rack before slicing.
