Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Sunday dinner in a slow cooker. Pot roast that is fall off the fork tender and delicious. Something anyone can make.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pound beef chuck roast
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 3 cups Low Sodium Beef Broth

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix all the spices together. Sprinkle and rub these spices into the pot roast.
  • Place the pot roast in the bottom of a 5 qt or 6 qt slow cooker.
  • Add the carrots around the pot roast.
  • Pour in the beef broth and then the Worcestershire sauce in and around the pot roast and carrots.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes for a meal.
