Blueberry Muffin Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 Cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  • Add in the eggs, vanilla extract and the milk. Mix well.
  • Add in the flour and baking powder and mix well.
  • Add the blueberries and fold in to the batter being careful not to damage the berries.
  • Add the batter to a well greased 9 inch loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve.
