Slice the Smoked Sausage in 1/8" slices and gently brown in a frying pan. (You can also brown the chopped yellow onion at this point if you choose).
Pour the Sausage, Onions and beans in the crock.
Add Ketchup, Brown Sugar, Molasses, BBQ Sauce.
Next add Maple Syrup, Mustard, Steak Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar and the Bacon.
Mix well and cook on high for 4-5 hours or 7-8 hours on low. Keep an eye on it, if it looks like it's overcooking feel free to put it on low, stir a few times or cook for less time. These ingredients are just warming up and softening, nothing is raw.
