Slow Cooker White Bean Chicken Chili
Hearty soup full of shredded chicken and white beans and flavor. Great with crackers for a meal.

- 4 15.5 oz Cans of Great Northern Beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 4oz canned green chiles
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Jalapeno Pepper chopped
On the stove top, heat the olive oil, onions, celery and minced garlic until the onions are translucent.
Add the onion mixture and the remaining ingredients to a 5 qt or 6 qt slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours stirring occasionally.
