Hot Spinach Dip

Whether served hot or cold, Spinach dip is always a welcome classic at any family gathering! This homemade hot spinach dip is going to be your new favorite! Tastes like the ones made in a restaurant, but baked at home in the oven. This hot spinach dip recipe is perfect for cocktails with friends, or for game night with the family.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 10 oz frozen or canned spinach remove excess liquid
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Stir well.
  • Spread the dip mixutre into a prepared baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with sliced bread, crackers, chips or vegetables.
