Simple Warm Crab Dip
Don’t want to cook it in the oven? This dip can also be made in a slow cooker. Use a 3 qt or 4 qt slow cooker. Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours stirring occasionally. Serve on WARM straight from the slow cooker. Don’t forget to stir. You don’t want to chance this getting to hot on the sides and burning.
If you have any leftovers, they are great cold. We love the Simple Warm Crab Dip on Ritz Crackers, Wheat Thins, Club Crackers, Big Pretzel Sticks, and if you need a low carb idea you could use cucumbers, celery or carrots.
The dip is so pretty on the chips it reminds me of the amazing Hors d’oeuves that are served at parties on TV, so I’ve brought it to parties a few times and my girls and I have done a Tea Party or two with the Crab Dip and crackers being the first dish.
