Slow Cooker Brussels Sprouts

Vegetables in the slow cooker are easy to make and come out tasting great. Even Brussels sprouts!  They take on just enough of the buttery, salt and Dijon Mustard flavor to make your mouth water.  This dish is easy to plan and put together.  I love veggie side dishes because I know I am serving my family super healthy food.  I know brussels sprouts may make some people nervous to make,  but this buttery dijon flavor is perfect.

This recipe has just 6 ingredients. Toss the brussels sprouts and cook and top with a little Parmesan cheese prior to serving.
