  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and the dry pork gravy mix. Add to a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
  2. Add in the mushrooms then the pork chops to the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the slow cooker.
  5. Whisk the milk and sour cream into the liquid in the slow cooker forming your stroganoff sauce.
  6. Top the pork chops with heaping spoons of the Stroganoff sauce.
