Pour the chicken broth in the bottom of a 4 qt or 5 qt slow cooker.
Add the pork chops and then the onions next.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
Remove the pork chops and drain off any liquids keeping the onions.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the French Onion soup and sour cream.
Place the pork chops back in the slow cooker and pour the French Onion Soup mixture over the top.
Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve.
