Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 Inch pie pan.
In a medium bowl, add the flour and salt and cut the butter into the flour. Slowly add in the water until a ball forms. Roll out the ball into a round flat crust. Form the crust in the bottom of the pie pan.
On the stove top, heat the onion, garlic and butter until the onions are translucent.
Add the onions to a medium bowl and cool slightly.
Add in the eggs and milk and whisk. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour the quiche mixture into the pie pan on top of the crust.
Place the pie pan on a cookie sheet (for any possible spills) and place in the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes or until the middle has set.
Cool slightly and slice. Serve.
